There are no stipulations on whom you may choose to perform work in your own home. We are starting a list of contractors that owners have used in the past and have been satisfied enough with their work to recommend to others.  Feel free to consult this list if you wish.  It is not mandatory that you use these contractors and the Board of Directors can not guarantee or be held responsible, in any way, for the work that a contractor performs. This list is being provided as a courtesy and is by no means a recommendation or endorsement of certain contractors or of their work.
